Alumina Grinding Balls are high-quality grinding media calcined by high-temperature with adopting selected high-quality raw materials, advanced cold HIP molding techniques. To meet the need of different grades of products of domestic and foreign customers, our company develops products of different prices and grades on the basis of original 92 percent of alumina ceramic ball.

(1)Middle and high-alumina ceramic ball (Al2O3 content of more than 75 percent) are suitable for embryos grinding of glaze and ultra-white.

(2) High-alumina bauxite ceramic ball (65% Al2O3) replace the natural-stone for grinding of ceramic brick embryo can improve efficiency and lower use-cost. Our products are strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 standard system for production management and possess stable quality. Attention: when the whole ball mill is renewed by new ceramic ball milling of glaze, it should run free 2 hours with water and then spill the water and put glaze ball milling. Doing like this can eliminate the bad affection of impurity inside the ball mill and uneven ceramic ball surface to the glaze.
